The service
DriverHub provides a mobile driver app and a desktop fleet admin. This page is a placeholder summary and will be replaced by the final legal text.
Pricing and billing
€5 per vehicle per month, minimum €49 per month. Annual term, billed monthly. Setup is prepaid: €795 self-serve or from €1,950 assisted. All prices exclude VAT.
Changes and custom work
Change requests are billed at €129 per hour, quoted and prepaid upfront. New modules are quoted as fixed-price mini-projects.
Fleet size
Vehicle counts can be adjusted at any time; billing follows the adjusted count from the next monthly invoice.
Data
Your data remains yours, hosted in the EU, exportable at any time and deleted within 30 days after termination.
